The room was spacious. I liked the nice bathroom it had. The staff was kind and the location was convenient for getting around.
My room's cleanliness was not good. I found stains on the towels I was provided with. The air conditioning did not work as expected , it was hot.

i REALLY liked the big, spacious room. It was also clean. The bathroom was also great and the facilities throughout the hotel were very nice. I LOVED the pool and spa area, they were amazing.
the images online did not accurately show the room I received. The images showed a lovely view of the city skyline. My room was on the 4th floor facing a building, it was not the BEST view.

The location was convenient near Tower Bridge. I found three underground stations nearby, made travel easy. A local pub with many beer and food options was a short walk away. There were also convenience stores for water and snacks.
I had an issue with the bathroom tap. Cold water only came out in a trickle. I had to run the warm water for some time before it became cold. This was inconvenient.

My room featured a spacious layout. It had a very comfortable bed. The hotel's location proved advantageous for local explorations. It was near transportation options to the city center.
The air conditioning in my assigned room was not effective. It produced a disruptive noise when I activated it. A fridge in the room remained inoperable . I found makeup application difficult because the bathroom mirror light did not work.

The location proved superb, especially with proximity to three tube stations. It made exploring very easy. i liked the executive lounge because it was relaxing. i was happy with the prosecco that was offered upon arrival. my room included access to the executive lounge so , made it better.
They opened without anyone pressing buttons.

The hotel staff was helpful with all our requests! Our room was upgraded, and it included access to the executive lounge. The bed provided really good comfort. The pool, jacuzzi, and sauna were clean. Towels were provided.
The doors opened unexpectedly. Despite this minor inconvenience, the overall experience was positive.

Our executive king room offered fabulous views. The room included a coffee machine and a kettle with complimentary tea, coffee, biscuits, and chocolates. The bathroom provided two separate sinks. A rainfall shower was also available.
